Anyone who summarises the activities of Alltrucks Spain 2025 on the Iberian Peninsula will recognise a pattern. Madrid sets the technological signal in April. May then bundles the partner network and brings tools such as the new partner portal and the technology forum to life. Then, in summer, it's off to the workshops. First to the village square in Olot for the truck pilgrimage with Nordest Trucks, then with the Formación Itinerante all the way to Portugal. All events follow the self-image of the Alltrucks network: connecting workshops, sharing technology, carrying service across national borders.
„The Alltrucks presence at Motortec allowed us to show the truck workshops at close quarters how the Multi-brand diagnostics with KTS V3 - and to open the doors for the new Partner Portal and the Technical Forum." - Francisco Albarran, Alltrucks España
Motortec Madrid: Kick-off with Bosch in the Vehículo-Industrial segment
In April, Alltrucks was represented at Motortec at IFEMA Madrid together with its founding partner Bosch. Bosch had organised the Vehículo-Industrial segment set up an exclusively curated area. Alltrucks Spain invited both existing partner workshops and potential new workshops to this area. Four trade fair days in April are a tight time slot in an Iberian truck workshop year. This allows partners to meet, technology to be shown and new components to be explained.
The focus was on three topics that will return later in the year: the new Alltrucks Partner Portal, that Technology Forum as a technical discussion platform - and the new generation of the diagnostic device KTS V3. V3 was running in action at the stand. The tablet also showed anonymised diagnostic workflows. These make it possible to jump from one manufacturer to the next in a single order in everyday workshop operations. This enables multi-brand diagnostics without the technician having to switch tools.

The V3 presentation was accompanied by the Plan Renove. This is an upgrade programme set up jointly with Bosch. It facilitates the transition from the older KTS V2 generation to the new V3. For many Iberian workshops, this is more than just a device swap. Rather, it is an opportunity to modernise their own diagnostic strategy. If you would like to find out more about the background to OEM diagnostics in independent workshops, you can also read the Contribution to the multi-brand workshop as a supplement to the authorised dealer network the workshop logic behind it.
Partner event in May: Portal launch and technology forum
This was followed in May by the annual Partner event of the Iberian Alltrucks workshops. The programme included industry trends, the presentation of new modules and an exchange of experiences between workshop owners. What had already been teased in Madrid was officially presented here by Alltrucks: the new Alltrucks Partner Portal and the Foro Técnico.

The portal bundles training documents, technical updates, service cases and marketing material for partner workshops in a single interface. What previously ran through several channels can now be addressed in one place. The Technology Forum in turn, is a curated discussion platform. Master mechanics and technicians post specific diagnostic and repair cases there, other partners comment, and the Alltrucks technical team moderates. For multi-brand workshops, this is therefore a systematic pool of knowledge that can be utilised in the first year. Reduce downtimes can - similar to the OEM system access logic, but as a collegial exchange between workshops.
„The most valuable thing about the May event was the dialogue between the workshops. Having a technical forum at hand when you are alone with a difficult fault changes the day." - Workshop owner of Alltrucks partner company, Spain- Partner event May 2025
Concentración de Camiones in Olot: San Cristóbal with Nordest Trucks
In July, the year moved outdoors. In Olot, in the Catalan province of Girona, hosts the annual Concentración de Camiones en honour a San Cristóbal the truck pilgrimage to the patron saint of travellers. For the Spanish truck industry, San Cristóbal is therefore not folklore, but a fixed date. Alltrucks was also present together with its partner Nordest Trucks on site.

At the stand, Nordest Trucks, together with Alltrucks, presented the Multi-brand service concept the independent workshop. In addition, both the Alltrucks Fleet Programme for Iberian logistics companies and hauliers with multi-brand fleets. The atmosphere was close to the people, music was playing, lorries were on display and promotional items were handed out to visitors. From a marketing perspective, Olot is therefore a classic local event. From a workshop perspective, on the other hand, it is a Trust BuilderIf you need visibility as an independent workshop, it is better to build trust in such settings than at large trade fairs.
Formación Itinerante Portugal: Electronics Level 2 at Projectiva
Training is a central service promise in the Alltrucks workshop model. So that technicians do not have to travel for this, the Formación Itinerante as a rolling training tour to the partner workshops. In this case it was about Electronics level 2 at the partner workshop Projectiva in Torres Novas. In terms of content, this is at the level of an in-depth diagnostics course for multi-brand workshops. Didactically, it is also tailored to what technicians can learn in one day of workshop operation.

From the workshop operator's point of view, this is a logistical lever. Instead of sending three employees to Madrid for two days - with a hotel, travelling and downtime in their own workshop - the trainer comes on site. He brings training material, diagnostic set-up and the necessary high-voltage protection equipment sets with him. This significantly reduces the loss of workshop hours, while the gain in knowledge remains the same. If you want to transfer the system to everyday workshop life in Germany, you will also find the structural logic in the Organisation and personnel guidelines.
Anyone who has not yet established an Itinerante routine in their own region can pilot the model - together with two or three neighbouring partner workshops. A trainer travels to three locations in one week. Each location also sends its own technicians plus guests from neighbouring businesses. This turns a training course into a local knowledge hub, with significantly reduced travelling costs per workshop.
Alltrucks Fleet Spain: Multi-brand service as a market argument
Running parallel to the technical track in Spain is the Alltrucks Fleet programme, which is aimed at logistics and haulage companies with multi-brand fleets. One workshop network, one service promise, one point of contact - across several lorry manufacturers. In the Iberian market, it is therefore clear that the argument works. Logistics companies used to have to draw up their own service contracts for each brand. A consolidated multi-brand set-up, on the other hand, offers them noticeable simplification and, in many cases, a better service life balance.
The year showed that the model also works across borders. Iberian logistics companies travel to Central and Northern Europe, while Central European fleets also cross the Iberian peninsula. In both directions, dispatchers therefore need workshops that take over the lorries according to the same standards.
Outlook 2026
Alltrucks Spain 2025 has a clear track record, and further stations are already planned for 2026. The key points: an in-depth roll-out of the Plan Renove in the remaining Iberian workshops, an expansion of the Technology Forum to include specialised threads for high-voltage and ADAS topics as well as additional Formación Itinerante stations in Portugal and north-west Spain.
- Use the technical forum. Anyone working in the DACH-Alltrucks network should actively use the platform - and not just consume it. Every question solved is also a tool for the next workshop.
- Check changeover to KTS Truck V3. Anyone still working with the KTS V2 generation can use Alltrucks to structure the migration to V3 at Bosch conditions.
- Piloting the Itinerante model. A training tour to several neighbouring partner companies reduces travel expenses and also creates regional knowledge hubs.
- Sharpen the Fleet argument. Multi-brand service is a strong selling point for logistics companies with mixed fleets.
